So..needless to say I didn't do much working out last week. I did about 3 days of walking on the treadmill but my throat felt like I had swallowed a hot piece of charcoal. So this week I am back to my routine. Yesterday I did 40 minutes of cardio (medium intensity intervals) and then I worked my upper body.
I used my bands and wrapped them around the bed post: )
Pull downs 3 sets of 12
Chest Flys 3 sets of 12
Shoulder press Dumbells 3 sets of 10
Today I will do the treadmill again (Hey might as well get my money's worth!) for 20 minutes of high intensity intervals. Then I will do lower body.
Dumbell front squats 3x10
Calf Raises 3x10
Hoping Miss Delaney sleeps long enough to get my workout in plus take a shower!
